Thank you Aunt Debbie!!!

Drew loves the remote control cement truck!!!

Merry Christmas!

Santa definitely came to our house this year! Drew was really into it, and left out cookies and milk for Santa, and carrots for his reindeer. Before he could go to sleep, he had to know how the reindeer were going to get their carrots, since they don't come in our house. :)

Opening his new p.j.s on Christmas Eve....Lightning McQueen

Christmas morning - opening presents after we drug him away from the train table that Santa left. :)

Santa also left a guitar, a snow shovel, a car carpet to drive all his cars on, a steam roller, an excavator, a bulldozer, a game, a puzzle.....

Rockin out with his new guitar!!

Set of REAL golf clubs from Papa....
A big combine from Grandma and Grandpa - just like Grandpa's!!

It was nice outside yesterday, so he got to get out and drive his remote control car from Mimi and Papa and ride his new big boy bike from Uncle Ryan! He rode all the way down the sidewalk by himself!!

Getting ready for the Holidays...

Ok, I'm a little behind, but better late than never! We had a lot of fun in December seeing the lights at Zona Rosa, taking a horse and carriage ride, playing at Crown Center, and making goodies for Christmas! Here are a few pics from our crazy month!

Helping to decorate the Christmas tree...he lost interest after about 2 ornaments. :)

Drew playing in the Crayola Playland at Crown Center while we waited to see Santa. He loved the Crayola Playland, but wasn't so crazy about Santa. :)

Eating lunch afterwards at Fritz's - the "train" restaurant as he calls it, where you order your food by phone and it's delievered by train right to your table! AND they have milkshakes - what more could a little boy want?!

Posing for Mommy - FINALLY - by the Christmas tree at the Westin Crown Center.

Riding the Holiday Train at Union Station.

Such a big boy now!!

Taking a carriage ride at Zona Rosa.
Decorating our gingerbread house!! NOT an easy task!
Helping Mommy make cookies - Drew was in charge of the sprinkles!

Cutting our Christmas Tree!

We went to Reindeer Lane today to cut down our Christmas tree. It was freezing cold, but the trees were so pretty with the snow on them! Drew's favorite part was sledding down the hill on the sled that was meant for pulling your tree when you cut it down. :)

Wheeeee!!!!!

Throwing snowballs instead of helping Mommy find the perfect tree.....

Found it!!!

Helping Daddy cut it down!!

Seriously.......

Thanksgiving at the farm

Here are a few pictures of our trip to Grainfield for Thanksgiving. Drew had a blast working on the farm. He got to cut milo in the combine with Grandpa, and as Drew says - "Grandpa even let me drive it!" He thought it was pretty funny when they chased some deer with the combine that were laying in the field of milo. Drew also couldn't wait every morning to go out with Grandpa and feed the kitties and the cows. He loves it there - but wants to know, "Why do Grandma and Grandpa live so far away from me?" He asked the whole way out there, "Do you see it yet? Do you see Grandma and Grandpa's farm?" :)

Making turkey cookies...yum!

Eating the candy corn feathers instead of putting them ON the turkeys.......

"I have to mow today...."

That is Drew's new favorite saying - even when it's freezing cold outside!! Here he is fixing his mower...can't have a successful lawn business with broken equipment.

FINALLY!!!!!!!

As many of you know, getting Drew's haircut takes 3 people holding him still, LOTS of tears and sweat, hair on EVERYONE, and practically an act of God. So....we were blown away when suddenly today he sat in the chair on his own (instead of on Brian's lap), let her put the cape on, (which has caused screaming in the past - he never has worn it), AND let her get through the entire haircut without so much as a peep or a tear. We were so proud of him!! Needless to say, he got pretty much anything he wanted for the rest of the day. :)

Here's a couple pics of the big boy haircut!

It's a.............

BOY! We are very excited since we found out that Drew will have a baby brother in March! He is getting used to the idea, but it's taken some time because he was dead set on it being a baby sister. :) Drew got to feel little "bruver" kick the other night - he thought that was pretty cool!

Here is a profile picture of the little guy...

What I think is a leg.....

The boy parts, his face, and a little arm.

Happy Halloween!

A few pics of Drew and Daddy carving his pumpkin, and then on Halloween as a rockstar (or "guitar guy" as Drew calls it) :)
