Jack is 21 months old today!

I cannot believe that our little guy will be TWO in 3 months!! He is such a sweetie and getting so big. He runs around all day trying to keep up with big brother. He will mock every little thing that Drew does. His newest words are "Santa" and "Ho Ho Ho"! He can be quite the little stinker and thinks it's hilarious if you tell him no - we're going to have to work on that! It's hard not to laugh, though, when he's so darn cute!!! He has the greatest smile and will give kisses and hugs on demand. So cute when he kisses Daddy and says "Bye!" in the mornings when he leaves for work! We love you, Jack!!

Love those powdered donuts - thanks, Drew, for introducing me to those!!

Lining all of his trucks in a big row back in the corner!

Hiding from Mommy because he didn't want his picture taken!

Cutting our Christmas Tree!

It has been a tradition ever since I was a baby to cut down a real Christmas tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. Mom and Dad passed this tradition on to Brian and I and the boys, and Ryan, Susie and Sam. This year was extra fun because Grandma and Grandpa were here so they got to come too! Drew was very excited about that. We went to out to breakfast at Cracker Barrel on Saturday morning and then went on to Reindeer Lane to find the perfect tree! The weather was beautiful - we started off all bundled up but by the time we found our tree we were taking off layers! Reindeer Lane is a great little place with real reindeer, Santa, popcorn and hot chocolate, and horse drawn wagon rides. We had lots of fun!

Drew checking out Santa's reindeer.

Jack did not like being all bundled up...

Sam's first Christmas tree!!

Petting the horses! Their names were Stormy and Sunny - same names as my dogs from when I was a kid!

And we're off to find the perfect trees!!

Jack and Mimi

These sleds are for pulling your tree once you cut it down, but they are much more fun to ride in!

Mommy and Jack!

Found it! The perfect tree. Jack did not want to let go of the sled long enough for a family picture, so this is as good as it gets!

Helping Daddy cut it down!

Tim-berrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to pull the tree on the sled...a little heavy!

Jack wasn't so sure about Santa - liked looking at him but was NOT going to sit on his lap! So Mommy had to get in the picture. Not the first time. :)

Drew telling Santa that he "kind of forgot" what is on his list!!!

My sweet little guy!

Drew with his popcorn and hot chocolate mustache!

Drew and Jack got to sit up front with the driver when we went on the horse drawn wagon ride! Drew thought that was pretty cool.

Brotherly Love!

Drew and Jack have really been playing better together lately so I thought I'd post a few cute pictures of them. Now don't get me wrong - there is still the fighting and yelling and hitting going on! :) But Drew is getting more patient with him and Jack loves it when Drew plays with him. They love to just be silly!

Working together on a puzzle

We love our dum dum suckers.

Big brother reading to Jack!

Working on the table!

Too funny - Jack now likes to go sit with Drew when he is in time out!! Hard not to laugh at that...and Drew of course loves it...

Drew, we're a little squished here...

Silly boys!

Zona Rosa Tree Lighting

For the past 2 or 3 years we have been going to the tree lighting at Zona Rosa the weekend before Thanksgiving. We went again this year and the weather was great! Barely even needed out coats!

Here are the boys checking out Santa's reindeer - the reindeer wouldn't turn around so this is the best shot I could get. Boys are over to the left.

Waiting for them to flip the switch. Jack was dancing around to the music with his glow necklace!

Drew by the HUGE Christmas tree!

So thankful for my boys!

Fun at the Farm!

We went back to visit Grandma and Grandpa at the beginning of November - Drew was so excited, he talked about it for days before! The boys had a great time playing on the farm and the weather was so nice!

Here is Drew helping Grandma make bread rolls! He got to help roll out the dough and roll up each one! They were yummy!

Helping Grandpa get the feed for the cows!

Standing on top of the HUGE feed pile! What's funny is that Daddy said that Grandpa always used to yell at him and his brothers for climbing up there, and then Grandpa goes and takes Drew up there!

Jack's first time in the tractor!

We drove out to the pasture to see the cows and baby calfies!

Little man Jack...

On Grandpa's tractor pull tractor

Jack kept trying to catch all the farm cats - they weren't having that and he was a little disappointed!

Trying out the tractor again...
Scooping up some feed for the cows!

Drew loves riding the 4-wheeler!

Of course Jack couldn't be left out...

I think Drew wishes we lived on a farm!
