Father's Day

We celebrated our wonderful Daddy, Papa, and Great Grandpa Spotts on Father's Day. Wish Grandpa Darold could have been here too! We are so lucky to have the best Daddy in the whole wide world!!!

Schlitterbahn Fun!

We have asked our babysitter to watch Jack about once a week so that I can do some fun one-on-one things with Drew this summer. Last week, Brian took a day off and we took Drew to Schlitterbahn Waterpark out by the Legends. He had a blast! They had two great play areas for kids with zero entry and a big train and pirate ship to play on. There was also a lazy river wave pool that Drew LOVED - the waves pushed you down the river. He also went on every single water slide - even the really tall ones! We couldn't believe it! When we asked him what he liked the best, he said he liked everything the best! :) It was a great day spent with our little man who is getting so big, so fast!

Drew's first t-ball practice!

Drew was supposed to start t-ball on Tuesday, but it was rained out so they had their first practice on Thursday. He is doing "bitty baseball" through the YMCA this year. His team is the Pirates! He did great - he is way more ready for it this summer than he was last summer. He went right up to the coach with the other kids, listened, answered her questions, and did awesome at throwing, catching, hitting, and running the bases! They practice 3 times and then have 3 practice games. It was a lot of fun and Drew really enjoyed it! We were very proud of how well he did!

Listening to the coach teach them about running the bases. She was trying to get them to learn what each base was called, and Drew was the only one who would answer when she asked the questions, like "After you run to first base, then you run to _________." Such a smart cookie!
