We were so sad to have to say goodbye to our sweet Molly dog two weeks ago. She was getting pretty old and hadn't been getting around very good for awhile. Then one day she stopped eating and lost weight pretty quickly, and then I was having to help her get up. The kids were pretty upset but I'm glad they got a chance to say goodbye to her. We took some pictures the night before and then the next morning before school. We miss you, Molly!

Ready for Lake Fun!
On April 10th, Brian and I drove to Oklahoma City to look at a boat, and ended up buying it and bringing it home! We are storing it at Smithville Lake and are excited to have lots of fun up there this summer! We took it out for the first time for a little while a few weekends ago. It was kind of cool but we couldn't wait any longer! The boys are ready for some lake fun this summer - bring it on!
This boy...
That is leftover eye black from Jack's baseball game running down his face.
Captain Drew!
Jack's favorite place to ride. Just like me when I was a kid!
It's Baseball Time!
The boys kicked off their spring baseball season a few weeks ago! We are ready to cheer on some Bulldogs and the Victory Vipers. So far Drew's team is undefeated and Jack's team has only lost one game! Love watching these boys play. Drew has been playing a lot of 1st and 3rd base (that kid can throw!) and Jack plays 2nd base, 3rd base and right or left field.
When Luke saw the boys standing by the door taking pictures, he went right up and stood there, too! Not gonna be left out! He's ready with his trucks. :)
I took a picture of Jack out in the outfield and when he noticed me...
he turned and said, "Mom! Take another one!" and smiled for me.
Another boy had eye black one game and put everyone's initials on their face. It doesn't really look like it but these are J's. :)
Art Show
A couple weeks ago the boys' art was on display at the school art fair. It was a fun night to see their work and eat ice cream! Drew was especially proud of his self portrait. I love it!! Looks just like him! ;)
The Eiffel Tower

Jack's art!
His tree
"Night"
Jack's self portrait! These were so cute. Jack has always said that he has a circle head and Drew (and Mommy and Daddy) have an oval head. Nailed it!
Brothers!
Love these three boys so much! Luke has been all about Drew lately, especially after school wanting him to push him on the swings - not Mama, but Drew!!
We had dinner at Granite City a few weeks ago and these two were so funny. Just lovin' on each other!
"Look, Mom! I made my name!"
Leader In Me Play
Drew was part of "The Leader in Me" play in April. This was a play based on the 7 Habits of Happy Kids that they are learning about in school. The entire play was done by students - costumes, directing, props, acting, programs, concessions - it was awesome to see them all come together to create this! Drew chose to be on the backstage crew and went to school early once a week for several weeks and then had rehearsals after school for 4 days before the big show. He helped make the props and then helped move them on and off stage. They performed at Liberty North High School and then at their school the next week. I don't have any pictures except this one and it's not very good because of the lighting but this is part of the group onstage singing a song at the end of the performance. We are so proud of him for being a part of something a little out of his comfort zone! He is just to the left of the middle tree, behind the shorter girl.
Kindergarten Music Program
Jack's kindergarten music program was back in April. It was called "Days with Frog and Toad" and was so cute! He looked like a little stud and did a great job singing! I can't believe he is about done with kindergarten.
Class of 2027! Watch out, ladies!
These next 2 pictures are some of his work that was hanging outside his classroom. It's a rain story and a picture of himself - yes, it looks like he has a hat on but that is his "blond and brown hair"!!
"When I was little, it was raining by my Mimi and Papa's house and there was a tornado and it was in the middle of the night then it stopped and I was safe."
Sidenote: I think Mimi and Papa told him about a tornado that was by their house several years ago. He made up the part about being there himself!
Luke Man
Luke and I have been enjoying our last month together before the boys are home for the summer. I love our time together but I know he will be so glad to have them home because he asks about them several times a day! This little man is getting so big and he will let you know it. Love him to pieces!!!
He likes to sit in Drew's seat to eat snacks and lunch.
Pretending to be sleeping while he's swinging. :)
Fun at the park with Parker!
More park fun with Mommy! He would stay all day if I would let him.
Chillin' out and watching a little Paw Patrol, his favorite.
One day after nap he had to take his whole bed to the bus stop.
I heard some rustling in the pantry and thought he was just messing around with the stuff on the bottom shelf like usual. I turned around and there he was eating a chocolate chip cookie! (That was NOT on the bottom shelf!) Stinker!
Love those after nap snuggles.
My helper at the grocery store!
